Chilling on Gran Canaria

, Seville

Last week we had a chill three-day vacation in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.

The weather was always around 20°C and a bit cloudy. That was colder than in Seville, but mostly fine.

We laid on the beach, hiked from Las Palmas up north until we reached a military zone and stayed in cafés and read.
There were surfers we watched for a while, giving us the idea of maybe doing a surf course in summer.
Out in nature there were also some cozy self-built stone huts, probably built by people who want to or have to live off-grid.

For dinner we once went to an Italian restaurant that (as a joke) offered Pizza Hawaii and Carbonara with cream for 100€ to have people pay extra for these sins. (Personally, I don't care. I like Pizza Hawaii.)

On the last day we just saw the Canary Museum and El Bufadero, a great spot at the coast.

I need more of the relaxed lifestyle we lived in these few days.
